Primary Care

Primary Care seeks to offer comprehensive, patient-centered, high-quality health services. It is based on scientific evidence and implemented through the coordinated work of clinical teams. Compañeros En Salud collaborates with the Health Sector to strengthen these community clinics.

Our impact

Primary Care is the first point of contact with the health system and a key component of the continuum of care. It provides essential services to detect and treat diseases from early stages. Compañeros En Salud strengthens this level to prevent complications and improve quality of life.

Our work

Compañeros En Salud, in alliance with the Health Sector, strengthens rural clinics to guarantee continuous and evidence-based medical care. Physicians, nurses and health assistants work every day to reduce access barriers and provide respectful, effective and patient-centered care.

Our team receives ongoing training and is accompanied by the Community Clinic Supervision team, which provides mentoring, training and technical follow-up, ensuring quality and relevance in the services offered.
